  • Digital Media Management is a top digital entertainment marketing agency based in Los Angeles specializing in creating and managing social media campaigns for some of the most well-known movies, television shows, personalities, and brands in Hollywood.

    We have an opportunity for an experienced Director of Social Media, TV & Streaming to come and join our fun and growing entertainment marketing division to strategize and execute social media campaigns for some of the most recognizable TV and Streaming clients in the entertainment industry. The team under this Director is responsible for creating and managing innovative brand social media campaigns for our clients, which includes developing brand strategy, creating and refining brand voice, building out content pillars, conceptualizing social creatives, and engaging with audiences across social media platforms. You r role will oversee the performance of this team as well as the relationship with our TV & Streaming partners. You will be responsible for helping the team develop innovative social media strategies, as well as nurturing the relationships and growing the number of projects within our existing client base.

    We are looking for individuals who have 3 - 4 years of experience working within the TV and/or Streaming social media space, preferably within an agency environment. We are looking for candidate who has previous experience in a Director role, or who has worked in a senior capacity and is looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be extremely knowledgeable in the TV & Streaming social marketing landscape, having spearheaded many campaigns in the industry previously, have a creative and strategic mind, and be a strong leader who can lead via a clear and inspirational vision.

  • We have an opportunity for a Social Media Account Supervisor to come and join our fun and growing video games team. This team is responsible for creating and managing innovative and engaging social media campaigns for our clients, from developing the strategy, to concepting social creative to engaging with audiences on social media channels.

    As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Social Media Managers. You will oversee and drive the strategies for all of the video games campaigns, help develop proposals for new projects, and also provide quality assurance on all social media content calendars and posting to social media accounts by your team members.

    We are looking for individuals who have 4-5 years experience working in the social media space, preferably within an agency environment, and have experience creating strategies and managing people. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, creative and strategic mind, and strong people management and communication skills.

  • We are a top digital agency based in Los Angeles that specializes in creating and managing social media campaigns for some of the most well-known movies, TV and streaming shows in the entertainment industry.

    We have an opportunity for an experienced Social Media Strategist to come and join our fun and growing entertainment division. This role is responsible for helping ideate and pitch strategic social media campaigns for all incoming RFPs and new business opportunities, as well as strategic and innovative thinking across all current movie, TV and streaming projects.

    You will work with our experienced social media management team to lead brainstorms and develop comprehensive proposals that win business and showcase out-of-the-box social media strategies for the entertainment industry. Additionally you will work with our senior team to ensure innovative activations across all open projects.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Social Media or Digital Strategist, preferably within the entertainment industry. You will have extensive experience facilitating brainstorms and developing proposals with decks that showcase big idea thinking and a clear narrative, and you must be able to take an idea and package it in a way that excites our clients. You will need to have a thorough understanding of all social platforms and be at the forefront of new platform technology and opportunities. This is a fast-paced role and the successful candidate will need to be able to juggle multiple incoming proposals while staying on top current projects.

    We're looking for someone with graphic design skills (specifically expert photoshop and typography skills) with 3+ years experience (preferably at an agency or within the entertainment vertical), to come and join our fun creative team and work on exciting and challenging projects.

  • Boyfriend, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Media Management.

    Boyfriend is a lifestyle brand founded by Kate Walsh. We are in search of an eCommerce Operations Manager to manage all operational elements for the Boyfriend’s eCommerce brand.

    This role will include product development, buying and inventory planning, as well as financial reporting. Current supervisory responsibility is for two team members, but this may grow over time. The role will act as the liaison between design team, vendors and marketing team to ensure a cohesive roll out of product, ensuring speed to market for all e-Commerce sales and product initiatives. Prior experience with a direct-to-consumer beauty brand is required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all internal and external (vendor) product development initiatives
    • Manage all buying, planning and delivery elements related to product for all e-commerce brands
    • Develop and manage product roadmaps for all brands
    • Develop markdown strategies that meet margin targets
    • Supervises eCommerce Coordinator and eCommerce Manager
    • Leads hiring efforts and provides recommendations for promotions and pay increases.
    • Manages budgets and handles A/P tasks for the brand
    • Meets established timeline and margin targets for all product initiatives Maintains healthy inventory pipeline to hit financial targets

    • Manage operational elements for DMM’s eCommerce brands as necessary

    Skills

    • 3-5 years of operational eCommerce experience
