We are currently seeking a Temporary Social Marketing Manager to help execute marketing and content strategies that grow WhoHaha’s audience and community for  3-4 months. 

Your Impact

  • Create engaging content for WhoHaha’s social, video, and web channels: Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, App, Website, Tik Tok, and others as needed
  • Promote WhoHaha content, products, and programs via email, social media, and web content.

  • Work with the managerial staff, project managers, strategists, and supervisors to deliver thoughtful creative ideation to pitch decks, with a clear design POV and understanding of the brand or title
  • Create mood boards, typeface suggestions, and design briefs outlining the creative look and feel for each new project proposal
  • Attend all pitch meetings, brainstorms, and briefs to align with strategists for each new proposal
  • Exhibit ownership and pride in completed design tasks
  • Partner with Creative Director and Art Directors to review pitch creative and collect feedback
  • Manage appointed creative team members (when applicable), and guide them as they create assets, and navigate through issues that arise, making sure design goals are aligned for pitches and proposals

We’re looking for a Supervisor to join the Creator Lab division in our Los Angeles office. You will manage our talented community and marketing team. The Account Supervisor will have experience in project management, people management, marketing, community, and influencer relations.

Your Impact:

  • Manages the daily workflow of Creator Lab’s community and marketing team, driving growth, engagement, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Creates processes and documentation to keep the team moving and on track.
  • Oversees the management of editorial content calendars including marketing and community newsletters, notifications, social content, and web content.
  • Provides valuable feedback on written, video, and audio content produced in-house or by our community of content creators.
  • Partners with Sr. Director and CEO to develop growth strategies and set actionable goals.

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in community and/or growth marketing
  • 2+ years experience supervising a team of 3 or more manager-level employees
  • Influencer marketing and creator relations
  • Experience in project management using Basecamp or similar software 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the social media and influencer landscape
