    We have an opportunity for an experienced Director of Social Media, TV & Streaming to come and join our fun and growing entertainment marketing division to strategize and execute social media campaigns for some of the most recognizable TV and Streaming clients in the entertainment industry. The team under this Director is responsible for creating and managing innovative brand social media campaigns for our clients, which includes developing brand strategy, creating and refining brand voice, building out content pillars, conceptualizing social creatives, and engaging with audiences across social media platforms. You r role will oversee the performance of this team as well as the relationship with our TV & Streaming partners. You will be responsible for helping the team develop innovative social media strategies, as well as nurturing the relationships and growing the number of projects within our existing client base.

    We are looking for individuals who have 3 - 4 years of experience working within the TV and/or Streaming social media space, preferably within an agency environment. We are looking for candidate who has previous experience in a Director role, or who has worked in a senior capacity and is looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be extremely knowledgeable in the TV & Streaming social marketing landscape, having spearheaded many campaigns in the industry previously, have a creative and strategic mind, and be a strong leader who can lead via a clear and inspirational vision.

Our designers are experts in taking a client's existing assets and key art, and transforming them into eye-catching assets that are customized for different social media platforms (from Facebook to Instagram and beyond) as well as developing engaging creatives that encourage shareability and buzz.

    We're looking for someone with graphic design skills (specifically expert photoshop and typography skills) with 3+ years experience (preferably at an agency or within the entertainment vertical), to come and join our fun creative team and work on exciting and challenging projects.

  • Digital Media Management is a top digital entertainment marketing agency based in Los Angeles specializing in creating and managing social media campaigns for film, television, Talent and brands. We have an opportunity for a Digital Video Content Producer to support initiatives across all of our entities. 

    Reporting to the Senior Producer, the Digital Video Content Producer is in charge of shooting & editing online, short-form videos and promotional content for various social platforms and will serve as an internal resource to several divisions within the company.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Fluency with editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Familiarity with graphic design programs, including After Effects, and Photoshop 
    • Basic color/audio correction capabilities 
    • Operate camera to shoot high-quality video for web and major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
    • Assist with video production (including setup and operation of grip, lighting, camera, and sound equipment)
    • Help pitch creative ideas for incoming video projects
    • Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task to efficiently complete competing priorities 
    • Able to address client notes and provide excellent internal customer service

    What You’ll Bring:

    • 2+ years of experience in video production and post-production
    • Understanding of what makes a great video
    • Possess a sharp eye for timing with an ability to "wow" both clients and colleagues alike
    • Able to learn and use other programs needed to complete post-production tasks
    • Exhibit an understanding of comedy, scripted, and unscripted experience with the ability to pitch original and creative ideas to multiple departments

  • We have an opportunity for a Video Channel Manager to support initiatives across all of our entities. 

    This is a brand new position, and will  be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to build this aspect of our capabilities. You will help shape and execute an overall channel strategy for video content. Candidate should bring expertise in programming repurposed or secondary content on YouTube for monetization purposes, in addition to coming up with ideas for original programming. We’re looking for opportunities to own channels for our network and show accounts.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Project manage initiatives for various internal departments
    • Work closely with the Video production and Content Studio teams
    • Strategize and pursue new revenue generating partnerships
    • Collaborate internally to launch, grow and optimize new video channels
    • Manage content strategy, video optimization, and viewership growth
    • Strategize what to publish, where and when
    • Channel branding, programming, optimization, (i.e. titles, tags, descriptions)
    • Manage day-to-day tasks including

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Entertainment and Digital Agency experience

  • We are looking for an Editor to join our Creative team of Motion and Graphic Designers.

    The primary focus of this role is to work with creative assets of all types for the major social media platforms, (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Our dynamic and ever-growing creative team is responsible for designing and crafting engaging assets for various film, television and entertainment social media campaigns, many of which you’ll likely be familiar with. You will edit video content and occasionally insert motion graphics and effects. You must be able to lend a unified aesthetic across assets coming from various clients and external parties. You should have experience working with audio as well.

    Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and be proficient in Adobe Premiere with knowledge of After Effects. Any experience using video plugins to achieve different effects is a huge plus. Candidates with social media and / or agency experience will receive first consideration.

  • We are a top Digital Agency in Los Angeles managing the digital presence for A-list talent, well known movies/television shows, and consumer brands. We have an opportunity for a Manager, Paid Media to join our team. 

    We are seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The Manager, Paid Media participates in all aspects of executing paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google AdWords, etc. This includes initial planning, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. This role will be focused on driving eCommerce sales through digital advertising. Candidate must have a digital marketing background, and prior experience with Influencer Marketing and eCommerce.

    Responsibilities

    • Paid Social campaign strategy implementation
    • Strategize, develop, and optimize paid media buys (social, search) for clients and internal brands
    • Spearhead new growth efforts for multiple campaigns integrating data analysis, budget and client expectations to achieve results

    Skills & Requirements

    • Agency experience preferred. Deep understanding of digital advertising, social media, influencer marketing and eCommerce.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years full-time experience in digital marketing positions, preferably in eCommerce, Retail, or Advertising Agency, combined with 2 - 3 years of data analyst experience
