    Digital Media Management (DMM) is a leading full service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.

    We are seeking temporary Social Media Managers to join projects on a remote basis. The temporary Social Media Manager will lend support to our teams by creating innovative and engaging social media campaigns. You have experience developing social strategies, building out content calendars, conceptualizing social creatives, and engaging with audiences on social media channels. You will also be added to our database of temporary workers for future opportunities. 

    Your Impact

  • Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns
  • Ideate social media content buckets and creative
  • Post content to all social media channels
  • Facilitate community management on all social media channels
  • Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign
  • Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed
  • Administer reporting and analytics
  • Organize and manage paid media campaigns as needed
  • Your Experience

  • Experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment. 
  • Experience working across social campaigns on a team required
  • Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each  (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of paid social media is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
  • Your Availability

  • Normal business hours, Pacific or Eastern Time Zone depending on the project
  • Minimum of 10-15 hours per week, possibly 4-5 hours per day throughout the work week
  • Ability to work on a 3-4 month campaign when needed
  • Depending on the project, one evening a week
  • You will also be added to our database of temporary workers for future opportunities

    We are currently seeking a temporary Video Editor to join our team. The Video Editor will push creative boundaries by consistently striving to produce non-derivative, original, and bold content. A successful candidate must have advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder, and After Effects as well as 3rd party software. 

    Your Impact

  • End-to-end video editing of unscripted and scripted content
  • Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from creatives and clients
  • Collaborate efficiently with all departments to facilitate the creation of video materials
  • Balance and grade color, and mix and level audio within Adobe Premiere
  • Oversee and maintain the content ingest, archive, and storage processes
  • Create content as needed for various social media platforms 
  • Organize and effectively manage video footage library
  • Manage deadlines and project manage effectively
  • Your Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder and After Effects as well as 3rd party software
  • Ability to self-manage and organize workloads around tight deadlines
  • Knowledgeable of social media and digital video platforms and how videos work on each
  • Proactive, positive team player, able to help guide projects from ingest to delivery
  • Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of editing workflows.
  • Possess a sharp eye for timing with an ability to "wow" both clients and colleagues alike
  • Your Availability

  • Normal business hours, Pacific or Eastern Time Zone depending on the project
  • Approximately 20-40  hours per week
  • Ability to work on a 3-4 month campaign when needed
  • After-hours work as needed when scheduled
  • You will also be added to our database of temporary workers for future opportunities
