The Product Manager manages the successful development and implementation of the product from beginning to end. This person sees strategic ideas through from design and testing to implementation and market introduction. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, and a passion for user success.
Your Impact
Create engaging and innovative products that help our creator communities learn, earn, grow, and create.
Develop a product strategy that guides the team towards goals that meet our business needs and those of our community members.
Ensure stakeholders have a solid understanding of the product and its capabilities to ensure company-wide success.
Draft and distribute product briefs to ensure the smooth introduction of each new release. Answer questions and troubleshoot issues throughout the release lifecycle.
Work with clients to understand their unique needs and pain points. Capture and share client feedback with the team to best investigate ways to create a solution. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure features and functionality are meeting market needs in new and innovative ways. Report the success of the products and strategize improvements needed.
Run daily rituals like scrum, backlog grooming, planning, and retrospective for a cross-functional team. Monitor the progress of issues and provide solutions for the development team.

Your Impact
Lead the development of YouTube, and other social platforms, video channel strategies
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and market landscape, with the ability to provide detail and perspective through rigorous, fact-based analysis
Craft weekly POV’s for the client based on the channel performance recommended optimizations and new YouTube tools
Ensure creative concepting is in line with channel strategy and adhere to best practices
Inform and advise on the overall company video strategy by analyzing network-wide YouTube/IG/Twitter/FB analytics as well as the overall video ecosystem to help drive more engaging and higher-performing content
Research and identify tent pole subjects for our unique brands, along with content recommendations and insights, to help promote the channel

Review incoming client proposals. Summarize key points and/or provide clarifying information within internal documentation.

Read incoming scripts and attend screenings and provide a strategic perspective
