We are currently seeking an Art Director to join our growing Creative team. The Art Director will report into Associate Creative Directors and Creative Directors and will work with both to set the design aesthetic, including the look and feel for each campaign from the RFP phase through to awarded campaigns. The Art Director will design and guide the creative look and feel of graphic assets for all projects in a given pitch andwill also be responsible for all facets of the creative pitch process and will lead a creative team dedicated to working on pitches and proposals.

Your Impact

  • Lead creative ideation and execution for DMM’s clients, as well as setting the look and feel for campaigns
  • Manage the creative aesthetic and lead a team of designers, AV editors and motion designers who will help produce and deliver consistent creatives throughout the entirety of the campaign.
  • Collaborate with CDs, project managers, strategists and supervisors to deliver thoughtful creative ideation to brand clients and pitch decks, with a clear design POV and understanding of the brand or title
  • Create mood boards, typeface suggestions and design briefs outlining creative look and feel for each new project proposal
  • Attend all pitch meetings, brainstorms and briefs to align with strategists for each new brand proposal
  • Partner with Creative Director to review pitch creative & collect and address feedback
  • Manage appointed creative team members (when applicable), and guide them as they create assets, and navigate through issues that arise, making sure design goals are aligned with clients
  • Act as a client resource and provide solutions for design-related issues
  • Solve any and all design problems independently or with the help of the Associate Creative Directors or VP of Creative

  • Experience working with entertainment brands for a social focused agency
  • Advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including After Effects, Premier Pro, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. As well as 3rd party software
  • 2+ years of art direction experience within an agency environment 
  • 2+ years of motion and static design experience
  • Experience with creating moving visuals and animations for various media, using software and techniques that bring creative assets to life

    We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager, Temporary to join our expanding entertainment division where you’ll be responsible for creating innovative and engaging social media campaigns for TV or film projects. This role will be tasked with executing social strategies, conceptualizing social creative and engaging with audiences across social media channels.

    Your Impact

  • Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns
  • Ideate social media content buckets and creative
  • Post content to all social media channels
  • Facilitate community management on all social media channels
  • Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign
  • Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed
  • Administer reporting and analytics
  • Your Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
  • Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV 
  • Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team

  • $52,000 - $62,000 a year

    The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $62,000 a year and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.

    We are currently seeking a Sr. Social Media Strategist, Temporary to join our expanding Strategy team. This team is responsible for developing innovative digital brand strategies and RFP proposals for our entertainment, video game and consumer brand clients. The Sr. Social Media Strategist, Temporary will act as a thought leader on the team - collaborating across departments, creating strategic partnership with clients and building comprehensive social media marketing strategies and proposals.

    We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in creating buy in and leading digital and social media campaigns. Successful candidates must have experience in the digital or social media space.

    Your Impact

  • Works with client leads at DMM to build winning pitches for incoming RFPs to secure new business for various departments
  • Ensures strategic deliverables connect through a central storytelling narrative that aligns with the clients business goals and objectives
  • Act as an executive level thought leader and problem solver for clients to devise and implement new and novel strategic opportunities
  • Leads and creates robust digital and social media campaign and brand strategies - both in concise documents and extensive slide presentations
  • Digests and analyzes social media insights and data to make informed strategic decisions
  • Foster collaborative relationships with DMM department leaders to infuse expertise and latest learnings into campaign strategies
  • Shows proficiency and mastery of social media platforms, possessing a strong awareness of the latest trends and updates across platforms
  • Develop initiatives to provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives 
  • Contribute and build best-practice recommendations for platform and social updates that power our internal teams and client campaign decisions
  • Your Experience

  • 5-7 Years of experience in the social media space
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of various dimensions of social marketing: social platforms, community management, influencer marketing, social creative, etc. 
  • Well-versed in the value of social as Taste Maker and Team Player, holding a firm grasp on how social can collaborate and augment integrated campaigns - but still proudly stand alone to achieve max impact
  • Ability to develop and maintain timelines for respective projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and/or public speaking skills
  • Strong knowledge of fantasy and sci-fi genres and be well versed in film and video game campaigns
  • Strong grasp on analytics and translating data into actionable insights
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team

  • $75,000 - $90,000 a year

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about combining their creative skills with their love for video games, film and entertainment, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Your Impact

  • End-to-end video editing of unscripted and scripted content
  • Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from creatives and clients
  • Collaborate efficiently with all departments to facilitate the creation of video materials
  • Balance and grade color, and mix and level audio within Adobe Premiere
  • Oversee and maintain the content ingest, archive, and storage processes
  • Create content as needed for various social media platforms 
  • Organize and effectively manage video footage library
  • Manage deadlines and project manage effectively
  • Your Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder and After Effects as well as 3rd party software
  • Ability to self-manage and organize workloads around tight deadlines
  • Knowledgeable of social media and digital video platforms and how videos work on each
  • Proactive, positive team player, able to help guide projects from ingest to delivery
  • Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of editing workflows.
  • Possess a sharp eye for timing with an ability to "wow" both clients and colleagues alike
