The Assistant Video Editor will be responsible for the creation of clips that require little editing, memes that are pre-templated, and reformatting for social sizes as necessary. The Assistant Video Editor will work closely with Art Directors, Project Managers, Video Editors, Motion Designers, and Graphic Designers to assist in the creative process. The Assistant Video Editor will own the asset management process from the initial asset intake to the final client delivery.

    Your Impact

  • Ingesting, formatting and syncing of incoming raw footage. Managing media of all footage and files
  • Simple editing (stitching clips, subtitles) of social content in various sizes for various social platforms (Instagram/Stories, Facebook, YouTube, etc)
  • Quickly assemble edits and complement notes from creatives and clients
  • Assist editors with project organization and asset management.

    Your Impact

  • Reviews social media campaign performance and produces, visualizes, and analyzes metrics to make recommendations
  • Helps source and identify social media trends and makes suggestions on how they can be applied to campaigns
  • Dives into user engagement and conversion data to determine the effectiveness of copy and community management tactics
  • Develops a strong understanding of project-based audience targets and how we can tap into them
  • Researches online fan communities and makes recommendations on how to best engage
  • Takes data and observations and uses them to construct detailed reports and visual presentations
  • Builds out dashboards that lead to effective campaign reporting and tactical learnings based on social media campaign objectives
  • Collaborates closely with the accounts, strategy, partnerships, and creative teams to support their work with data-driven insights
  • Your Experience

  • Previous experience in a social media analytics role
  • Previous experience working on entertainment industry social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of all social networks, their functionality , and the marketing and digital advertising landscape
  • Can provide examples of using social media analytics to increase the performance of a campaign
  • Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with creative storytelling, synthesizing channel insights, and the ability to bring consumer data to life for marketing stakeholders
  • Experience conducting data analysis including data cleanup & normalization, and developing insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis
  • Digital Media agency experience strongly preferred

  • $45,000 - $75,000 a year

    The salary range for this role is $45,000-$75,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.

The Sr. Motion Designer will be responsible for working with their Associate Creative Director and Art Director to create motion design assets in their creative vertical, as well as help lead and guide junior Motion Designers on the creative team. The Sr. Motion Designer will design and guide the creative look and feel of graphic assets for all projects in their assigned vertical.

    Your Impact

  • Works with the creative team leads, project managers, and supervisors to provide motion design concepts for a variety of executions across entertainment based social campaigns. 
  • Collaborates with Art Directors and graphic designers to create original and innovative executions that drive fan engagement. 
  • Identifies and leverages key moments to craft unique and visually compelling motion designs for all social platforms. 
  • Offers guidance to junior motion designers in regard to processes, files structures, animation techniques, new AE plugins, etc.

  • Sets the quality bar within the team, and helps ensure that all creative motion assets meet or exceed DMM standards with ACD and AD.

  • Strong technical skills and proven ability to use Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and other softwares.

The Sr. Video Editor will push creative boundaries by consistently striving to produce non-derivative, original and bold content. The Sr. Video Editor must have advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder and After Effects as well as 3rd party software.

    Your Impact

  • End-to-end video editing of unscripted and scripted content
  • Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from creatives and clients
  • Collaborate efficiently with all departments to facilitate the creation of video materials
  • Balance and grade color, and mix and level audio within Adobe Premiere
  • Oversee and maintain the content ingest, archive, and storage processes
  • Create content as needed for various social media platforms 
  • Organize and effectively manage video footage library
  • Manage deadlines and project manage effectively
  • Provide production support at video shoots as needed

  • Your Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder and After Effects as well as 3rd party software
  • Ability to self-manage and organize workloads around tight deadlines
  • Knowledgeable of social media and digital video platforms and how videos work on each
  • Proactive, positive team player, able to help guide projects from ingest to delivery

  • $75,000 - $105,000 a year

    The salary range for this role is $75,000-$105,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.

    manage a team of social media managers and oversee the strategies for some of the

    Your Impact

  • Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them to understand and identify their business issues, strategies, initiatives, priorities and expectations 
  • Lead a small team of social media managers  
  • Provide quality assurance on all social media content calendars and posting to social media accounts by your team members.
  • Lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of the account including management of approvals for all deliverables across various projects
  • Manage the scope to ensure that we are fulfilling our obligations to the client 
  • Provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives

  • At least 4 years of experience working in social media, entertainment preferred
  • Experience in social media analytics and reporting
