Digital Media Management (DMM) is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio, and brand incubator. DMM works with talent, movie studios, television networks, streaming services, and consumer brands to create groundbreaking “social-first” marketing campaigns. 

Our E-Commerce Brands team, a subdivision of our brand incubator, develops and manages DTC brands ranging from the beauty sector with Kate Walsh’s Boyfriend Perfume to our talent-driven consumer goods brand, CZND.co, (with more down the pipeline!). This team is exciting, fun, and growing!

We’re currently seeking an Associate Director, Marketing to join our Los Angeles-based eCommerce team. The Associate Director will lead and oversee the e-commerce division’s marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. The ideal candidate manages multiple projects on a timely basis, has hands-on experience as an individual contributor; and thrives in a lean, fast-paced start-up environment. 

Your Impact 

  • Lead to communicate and translate the overall vision for our brands to achieve overall objectives and strategies
  • Lead the development of a focused, cohesive and disruptive go to market 360 plan for new product launches & core products across the e-comm division
  • Monitor and track promotional calendars, set up and test promotions, and generate daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and benchmark analyses.
  • Develop insights based on customer data and KPIs, and recommend adjustments to future strategies.
  • Provide status updates on eCommerce projects to key stakeholders and the management team.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and other web analytic tools, is a plus.
  • Lead growth marketing: email (knowledge of Klaviyo a plus), SMS (knowledge of Attentive a plus)
  • Stay abreast of competitors and overall trends, and continuously seeks new ways to promote the brand, and drive revenues.

Your Experience 

  • Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands (beauty brand preferred but not required)
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and other web analytic tools, is a plus.
  • Passion for the cosmetic industry ––beauty, skincare, or wellness industry knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing a small team 
  • Experience in Paid Media  (FB/IG, Google Search/Display, CTV, Amazon Ads, etc)
