Red Oaks – Season 2

Objective

Amazon Prime Video brought back the '80s with Season 2 of its popular series Red Oaks, and DM2 came along for the ride! DM2 was tasked with creating and executing the social strategy for the campaign, as well as making innovative, eye-catching creatives that would breathe life into the show's dormant social channels.

Results

Our team helped bring Amazon's social marketing initiatives to fruition and created several additional content pieces to help promote the series. Because the core audience identified with the show's evocative themes, we played up this nostalgia in our social creatives and community management. Fans loved the playful humor of the show, and we made sure to engage with them in this hilarious tone through reaction GIF responses and 80s slang.
