We are currently seeking a Director, Project Management to join our team here at DMM. The Director, Project Management will be responsible for leading the project management function across the company. A strong candidate will have experience in cross functional campaigns, resource and timeline management, budgeting and the ability to be adaptive.
Your Impact
Lead and mentor the project management employees to ensure growth across the team Partner with department leads on an ongoing basis to ensure project delivery and process are effective and efficient across all client work Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics across project delivery, resource management and overall team performanceCreate and ensure best practices are adhered to across resource management, project delivery, budgeting, contracts, etc. Partner with team leaders to develop client relationships and communicate project updates and outputDevelop new strategies to maximize operational efficiency across the team and define processes when neededOversee vendor management process and approvals Help lead and guide team on large or complex projectsServe as administrator on all project management tools and resources and set process and objectives for their use
Your Experience
6+ years of experience in project managementMust have agency experienceExperience in cross functional campaigns and projects Strong communicator and collaboratorExperience with project and resource management tools
Your Availability
Must be available to work 9am-6pm PST
$130,000 - $145,000 a year
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 per year and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
