  • We have an opportunity for a Social Media Account Supervisor to come and join our fun and growing Entertainment division to work on some of the most popular movies! This team is responsible for creating and managing innovative and engaging social media campaigns for our clients, from developing the strategy, to concepting the creatives, to engaging with audiences on social media channels.

    As a Social Media Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of Social Media Managers  overseeing a group of movie campaigns. You will oversee and drive the strategies for all of the campaign within your team and the wider network, and also provide quality assurance on all social media content calendars and posting to social media accounts by your team members.

    We are looking for individuals who have 4-5 years experience working in the social media space, preferably within an agency environment, and have experience creating strategies and managing people.     We have an opportunity for an experienced Social Media Strategist to come and join our fun and growing entertainment division. This role is responsible for helping ideate and pitch strategic social media campaigns for all incoming RFPs and new business opportunities, as well as strategic and innovative thinking across all current movie, TV and streaming projects.

    You will work with our experienced social media management team to lead brainstorms and develop comprehensive proposals that win business and showcase out-of-the-box social media strategies for the entertainment industry.   • We are a top Digital Agency in Los Angeles managing the digital presence for A-list talent, well known movies/television shows, and consumer brands. We have an opportunity for a Paid Social/Data Analysis Manager to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with 5 years of relevant experience.

    The Paid Social/Data Analysis Manager participates in all aspects of executing paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google AdWords, etc. This includes initial planning, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. This role will be focused on driving eCommerce sales through digital advertising. Candidate must have a digital marketing background, and prior experience with Influencer Marketing and eCommerce.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategize, develop, and optimize paid media buys (social, search) for clients and internal brands
    • Spearhead new growth efforts for multiple campaigns integrating data analysis, budget and client expectations to achieve results
    • Deliver weekly reports to provide data insights and recommended budgets for internal teams
    • Research and track trends and perform competitive analysis to drive marketing strategy
    • Develop testing and analysis methods for paid media channels to improve messaging, creative, audience targeting, and overall channel performance
    • Provide guidance on creative based on data analysis, and ability to effectively and persuasively, present ideas
    • Monitor brand post performance for boost opportunities; one-off boost management
    • Analyze organic data and provide detailed analytics reporting and tactical recommendations that drive KPIs.
    • Employ website search engine optimization tactics for increased organic reach across a variety of websites (both internal and external)
    • Build and oversee automated reporting dashboards and spreadsheets
    • Leverage analytical tools to understand onsite behavior on a daily basis and make tactical recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
    • Educate employees and clients on best practices for Google Analytics, SEO
    • Experience with both Influencer & eCommerce campaigns a must.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Agency experience preferred. Deep understanding of digital advertising, social media, influencer marketing and eCommerce.
    • Minimum of 5 years full-time experience in digital marketing positions, preferably in eCommerce, Retail, or Advertising Agency, combined with 2 - 5 years of data analyst experience
    • Expertise with digital marketing platforms (AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, Bing and Google Analytics)
    • Good understanding of Google analytics as well as other web/mobile applications,  (Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms)
    • Experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, DoubleClick Twitter Ads, Linkedin Ads and YouTube Ads is a plus.
    • Have managed paid advertising accounts with average monthly spend above $100,000
    • Ability to manage 3 -5 campaigns simultaneously
    • Solid ability to track websites, (media, advertising, digital, eCommerce
    • Create effective paid campaigns
    • Ability to extract and use data in order to offer strategic guidance to our teams
    • Self starting leader is needed with the ability to effectively project manage and work well with all internal stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences
    • Adwords proficient
    • Broad knowledge of SEO principles
